Megan Booms

Megan brings over a decade of real estate experience to The Duncan Team, with a background that spans administrative support, licensed sales, and everything in between. As Transaction & Client Care Coordinator, she helps to guide clients through every stage of the sale, ensuring every step of the transaction process is handled with care, precision, and a great deal of heart.

Originally from Michigan, Megan began her real estate journey there as an administrative assistant before joining The Duncan Team in 2021, where she found her professional home. After a brief return to Michigan real estate to explore life as a practicing agent, she quickly realized that while she loves real estate, her true passion is the operational side of the business — keeping transactions smooth, organized, and stress-free for everyone involved.

Megan currently lives in Puerto Rico with her husband of 10 years and their 9-year-old daughter. She brings not just experience to the team, but also a deep sense of purpose, helping others navigate one of life’s biggest transitions with ease.
